Who i am
-
My coaching is built around one simple idea:
your plan should fit your life—not the other way around.I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs or extreme, unsustainable methods. Every client I work with gets a fully personalized approach based on their goals, lifestyle, experience level, and what they actually enjoy. Because the best plan is the one you can stick to—and succeed with long term.
I combine structured training, strategic nutrition, and accountability to help you make real progress without burning out. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or completely transforming your physique, my focus is always the same:
build a system that works, and results will follow. -
Consistency over perfection
You don’t need to be perfect—you need to show up. Real results come from stacking small wins over time.Sustainability matters
If you can’t maintain it, it’s not the answer. I coach in a way that sets you up for long-term success, not quick fixes.Accountability changes everything
Having someone in your corner who pushes you, supports you, and keeps you on track is a game changer—and that’s what I provide for every client.Push your limits
Growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. I’ll challenge you—but in a way that builds confidence, not burnout. You’re capable of more than you think
Most people underestimate themselves. My job is to show you what you’re truly capable of. -
I’ve been an athlete my entire life—but my path hasn’t been straightforward.
I originally set out to play college soccer, but after a major knee injury, that path was taken from me. Instead of giving up on my goal of becoming a Division 1 athlete, I adapted. I walked onto a Division 1 rowing team and earned a top spot—one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life.
After graduating with a degree in computer science, I stepped into the tech world as a software engineer. But during that transition, I lost a big part of my identity—my fitness. I struggled with maintaining my physique, adapting to a completely different lifestyle, and feeling like I wasn’t operating at the level I knew I was capable of.
That’s when everything shifted.
I found powerlifting—and with it, a new sense of purpose. I dove deep into training and nutrition, transformed my physique, and more importantly, transformed how I felt. Stronger. More confident. More in control of my life.
I fell in love with the process—and with helping others experience that same transformation.
I became a certified personal trainer and started coaching, driven by a passion for helping people realize that fitness is for everyone—no matter where you’re starting from. There’s nothing more powerful than watching someone accomplish something they once thought was impossible.
My journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve had four knee surgeries and still deal with injury management to this day. But that’s exactly why I coach the way I do—I know how to adapt, find workarounds, and build plans that meet you where you are. Because there is always a path forward.
Today, I work as a Software Engineer at WHOOP, where I’ve found the perfect blend of tech and fitness. At the same time, I built my own coaching business as a space where anyone—regardless of their starting point—can come in, work hard, and achieve what they once thought wasn’t possible.
I’m also someone who thrives on challenge. I’ve competed in a triathlon, HYROX, and I’m currently in bodybuilding prep—constantly pushing myself to grow, learn, and evolve.
Outside of fitness, you’ll find me spending time with my dog, playing guitar and writing music, creating art, hiking, and exploring the city.
Fitness changed my life—and I’m here to help you see what it can do for yours :).
